Welcome to Avenna. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Avenna ("we," "us," or "Avenna"). By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Avenna provides real estate, interior design, renovation, and investment services, and compassionate options for homeowners who need to sell. This website is for general information about those services. Nothing on this site is an offer, a contract, an agency agreement, or a promise of any particular result. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Avenna.
Information on this site is for general informational purposes only and is not financial, investment, legal, real estate, or tax advice. Real estate and investment decisions carry risk, and outcomes vary. You should consult your own qualified professionals before making decisions. We are compensated for, and may earn a profit on, the real estate transactions, interior design services, and renovation projects we provide.
Interior design packages purchased through this site are processed securely by Stripe. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and any refund or cancellation terms for each package are described at the point of purchase and in your order confirmation. If you have a question about a package or a charge, contact us at hello@avennahomes.com before purchasing.
You may cancel a design package within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as design work hasn't begun. Once work has begun, we'll refund the unearned portion for work not yet performed, less any costs already incurred on your behalf. Whole-home reservation deposits are refundable until your scoping call takes place. To cancel or ask about a charge, email hello@avennahomes.com with your order confirmation; we respond within two business days.
Any real estate brokerage relationship requires a separate written agreement and the consumer notices required by Pennsylvania law, which we provide separately. Property information, prices, and availability shown anywhere on this site are for illustration only, may be representative or out of date, and are not guaranteed.
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or submit false, harmful, or infringing information through our forms.
The content on this site, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Avenna and is protected by law. You may view and share the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Our site may link to or use third-party services (such as Stripe, Netlify, scheduling tools, and analytics providers). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their terms.
This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avenna is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any information on it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in York County, Pennsylvania.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
