Christie founded Avenna to change who gets a seat at the table. She leads the company's vision, real estate, and design, guiding every project from the first conversation through the final install.
As a licensed Realtor® based in York, she champions women who want to buy, sell, invest, or finally create a space that's truly theirs. Great design and smart investing shouldn't be a boys' club, they should be within every woman's reach.

Steve runs the build. With more than twenty years in residential construction and over 120 homes renovated across York and Central PA, he's the craftsman who turns the vision into finished, lasting homes.
Clear communication, clean job sites, and details that hold up for decades, Steve is personally on-site for every project Avenna takes on.
My Story
I spent more than twenty years around building and renovating homes, and somewhere along the way I realized the houses were never really the point. The people were.
I kept meeting families in the middle of something enormous, a first home, a last one, a marriage, a loss, a fresh start, and watching them try to hold it all together alone. They were handed from an agent to a lender to a contractor to a designer, none of whom ever spoke to each other. The process felt fragmented, stressful, and strangely impersonal for something so deeply personal. It bothered me for years.
So I founded the company I wished those families had. One team for the buying, the selling, the designing, the renovating, and the hard in-between moments, all under one relationship. People who learn your name and your story, and carry the weight so you don't have to.
I care about these transitions because I've lived them too, and because I believe how you're treated during the biggest moments of your life truly matters. That's the whole company, really. Not square footage. Not commissions. People, guided well, through the chapters that change everything.
I never set out to build the biggest company. I set out to build the team a woman would call first, and recommend to the women she loves.
